Can I connect my own software?
On request, we can explore an API integration for read-only access and/or writing planning data back to your own software. Feasibility depends on that software’s API and access permissions. The integration is agreed and set up separately.
When does my free trial start?
Enter your business details and confirm your email address. Your account is activated after verification and approval. Your 14 free days start then.
Can I use my own data?
Yes. Add your vessels and crew or use the import feature. You work in your own company workspace.
Can I try changes before applying them?
Yes. Use a personal draft to explore and save another plan. Review the changes before applying them.
Can I view my planning without the internet?
Yes. The Windows offline viewer lets you view your most recently downloaded planning backup. Download an up-to-date backup in advance: changes made after that download are not in the file.
Do I need to install anything?
Not for the online planner: it runs in your browser. To view a downloaded planning backup without the internet, use the separate Windows offline viewer.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel online. During your trial there is no charge. Afterwards, the subscription ends at the end of the current calendar month.
